She specializes in turning vision into results—guiding projects from planning and public consultation through to successful sales execution.

As Director of Sales and Marketing at Tsawwassen Springs, a $500 million master-planned community, Sarah helped lead the development and achieved record-breaking sales through innovative positioning, strategic partnerships, and strong stakeholder engagement. She brings expertise in brand development, market analysis, CRM integration, sales leadership, and client relationship management.

With Royal LePage Regency Realty, Sarah serves as a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers in both resale and new construction markets, known for her market insight, skilled negotiation, and commitment to exceptional client experiences.

Haley Chang

A licensed Realtor® since 2009, Haley has built a strong reputation in real estate with a focused expertise in both project marketing and residential resale. With over a decade of industry experience, she brings strategic insight, market knowledge, and a client-first approach to every transaction.

Her notable project experience includes Anderson Walk, Tsawwassen Springs, and Wildwood Ladner, where she played an integral role in successful sales and community development. Haley has extensive experience guiding buyers through pre-construction opportunities while also helping homeowners maximize value in the resale market.

Jill Presley

A dedicated sales and marketing professional since 2015, Jill brings extensive experience as a Sales and Marketing Director and Unlicensed Assistant, supporting strategic growth, brand development, and client engagement initiatives. She currently serves as Vice President of the Tsawwassen Business Improvement Association and Secretary/Treasurer of BNI Pulse, reflecting her strong commitment to community leadership and business networking.

Her notable projects include Wildwood Ladner and Tsawwassen Springs, along with ongoing brand management and business development for Pat Quinn’s Restaurant & Bar, Nat’s Coffee House, and Tsawwassen Springs’ events and golf operations. Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Jill plays a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and long-term business growth.
